Overview

Tanker Sergeant Zolyn "The Fist" Feior commands Squad Four of Downfall Company's First Platoon. He is a straightforward and plain-speaking man who instills faith wherever he goes.

Feior's willingness to assist and his even temperament have ensured that he was quickly welcomed into Elm Caden's circle of associates, and he is considered a valuable asset.

When he first met Elm Caden outside of combat, and was not covered up entirely by armour plates and gloves, Feior was seen to have a skull tattooed on his throat, a missing index finger, and the radius and ulna bones of a Viskr glued to his gauntlets (→TRD).

Like many of his Tanker brothers Feior is physically top-heavy. He has unusually long arms for his height, which leads some people to call him a gorilla. This is usually only said behind his back, and from a great distance.

Notable Events

On 21st March 3745 ELC Zolyn Feior and his squad took part in the Second Liberation of Mibes. He expressed his gratitude to Euryce Eilentes for taking down a blitzer which had chewed up one of his fire teams, and was evidently impressed with her (→LOTD).

On 27th March, Feior was one of the commanders of the Tanker unit assigned to Operation Keystone. He adopted command of Bullseye Company when he deemed CAGA lieutenant Pavin Volkas to be ineffective, and thereafter was responsible for most of the tactical decisions which secured a cluster of grounding splinters from the Rasas defending it (→TRD).

While on Guathelia during that operation, Feior made a crude attempt to woo Eilentes. She was not convinced by his efforts, to say the least (→TRD).

Following the Fall of Riishi, and his role in the successful extraction of Caden and others from the surface of the planet, Feior found that Eilentes was in fact interested in him romantically, providing that he toned down his approach. During the three week trip back to the Orion arm of the galaxy they began a passionate relationship (→FSS).

Feior has continued to demonstrate his competence in battle and command, taking active roles in the liberation of Forge Ruinous on Lopama, and in Operation Sabre on the surface of Palanda Ire. He was also one of the Tankers who supervised ground teams during the Siege of Damastion (→FSS).
