Fleet Admiral Frewn Pensh commanded the Imperial Navy's Second Fleet.
Among the ships under his command was the ICS Hammer, captained by his long-time friend and comrade Aker Santani.
Pensh commanded the Second Fleet from the ICS Stiletto, a Raptor-class carrier to which the CAGA 951st Battalion was posted.
Pensh was a firm but fair commander, mellowed by the years while still retaining a keen edge from the harsh military lessons of the Perseus conflict.

During that engagement the company supported Elm Caden in his investigations, at the cost of Captain Pinsetti and the entire Third Platoon.
Pensh and the remainder of the Second Fleet rendezvoused with a number of other Imperial fleets at Fort Laeara, a military facility on the Perseus arm of the galaxy, to be briefed in relation to Operation Seawall.
