Overview

Quine Odrigan​ is the Imperial Navy commodore with direct responsibility for the Noroconte ship yards.

​They are gender fluid, identifying with both male and female personas and attributes. For the purposes of conducting everyday navy business they prefer to be addressed as "Sir" by junior officers.

Notable Events

During the Great War of the Shaeld, it was implied to Elm Caden by Empress Ecoria that Odrigan might be over-reporting the labour output of their ship yards, and that this might need to be addressed should other ship yards of the Imperial Combine be destroyed or captured by the Shaeld Hratha (→TRD).
