Overview
The Lancillon Industries 10/W Compact Minigun is an example of the company's line of "wearable weapons", introduced shortly before the collapse of the business.
The 10/W is a short-barrelled, gauntlet-mounted gun which fits over the user's forearm. It is often used on the weak side of the body, allowing the user to wreak widespread mayhem while keeping their preferred hand free for more precise pistol shots.
The original 10/W shipped with its own shock-absorbing gauntlet, and it was not recommended that operators should replace that component with a third party reproduction. With the company no longer trading, finding a second-hand 10/W complete with the proper gauntlet is incredibly rare.
Ammunition is fed from a storage can which is usually worn on the back. The can is heavy, large, and easy to see, which makes it something of a liability. During the Second Liberation of Mibes, Rendir Throam was saved by his ammo can at one point, but later almost killed by it (→LOTD).

UsageThe gauntlet must be properly and securely strapped to the user's arm. When the 10/W itself is not attached, the limb retains full flexibility and manual dexterity is barely impaired.
The 10/W attaches to the shock-absorbing mounts of the gauntlet, and the user grips a fire control bar which spans the rotor ring. The barrels are on the outside of the ring, and encircle the user's fist. The user then simply has to point their arm at the target area, and squeeze. Ammunition flex chutes are fed through the rotor ring from below, and are routed to a feed can which the user carries on their back. All Lancillon Industries feed cans were manufactured to be mag-tag compatible. Vertical Divider

General SpecificationsSince the weapon is no longer being manufactured, and many are either found or go through several sets of hands, there are a lot of modified and customised units in circulation, the majority of which have been repaired or adapted with third party components. The following details reflect the design and capability of a factory-made unit:
