Overview

Willon Panovar is a CAGA sergeant who serves as Master-at-Arms in the Imperial Navy carrier ICS Disputer.

​Panovar represents Captain Helia Thande in all matters of discipline and security aboard ship, and has her complete trust.

​Thande is right to place her faith in Panovar. He is pragmatic, rational, tactical, and loyal to the last. He can turn his hand to almost any task that comes his way, and in a tight spot he can make the most of virtually no resources.

Notable Events

During the Battle of Meccrace Prime, Panovar was responsible for securing Disputer against mutinous crewmen who were acting under the influence of Voice. He quickly discovered the problem that it was difficult to tell who was affected and who was not. During that engagement Panovar located Bruiser in the engine room of the carrier, and recruited his services in securing further sections (→LOTD).

​Panovar faced a similar problem during the mission to Riishi, when Disputer was boarded by a mixture of Viskr commandos and Shaeld Hratha. Ever resourceful, on that occasion he supplemented his security team by releasing the denizens of the ship's brig, which included freeing and arming Maber Castigon (→FSS).
