Major General Reldon Konnega was the officer with oversight of all recruitment for the Imperial Combine's Combined Air and Ground Assault (CAGA) forces in the years following the Perseus conflict.
Technically in charge of an entire division of troops, Konnega was relegated to a desk role for reasons which were never made public. All of the recruitment and training brigades for every part of the CAGA organisational structure fell under the aegis of his office.
In 3731 ELC The Bruised Heart of Faith in Others, later to be given the nickname Bruiser, was summoned before General Konnega while still undertaking his initial CAGA recruit's induction course. The general gave the Rodori recruit some advice regarding his status as the first of his kind to volunteer for service. During their conversation Bruiser formed the opinion that the officer was prone to whimsy and rambling (→FSS).
